At Council on Thursday 20th January 2022 Redbridge Conservatives are submitting the following motion:-
"This Council believes that Oakfield Playing Fields are the best playing fields in East London and that it is of paramount importance that the land is protected from development to ensure that future generations can enjoy the facilities".
"This Council resolves to give “Oakfield Playing Fields “Fields in Trust” status".
By giving the land "Fields in Trust" status Oakfield Playing Fields will be protected for future generations to enjoy.
Redbridge Conservatives will always protect our Green Belt and Green spaces.
